Iconic and symbolic, Bensimon has become, over the years, an everyday “friend” and appeals to all generations; a fashion house that does not limit its creativity to just fabrics.

A tireless traveller, Serge Bensimon went from military surplus to fashion, from design and art to literature, with a vision to create a lifestyle where color, elegance and the joy of living are always intertwined.

In the early ’80s, with his brother Yves, he opened his first boutique in the Marais district of Paris, on the famous Rue des Francs Bourgeois street. The Bensimon collection was inspired by his travels and was fast becoming popular around the world. Soon after, other shops opened including Home Around the World, which carries ready-to-wear and decorative items, giving rise to his lifestyle vision.

The Bensimon style is a sumptuous blend of genres and colors in a casual chic and feminine spirit. It emphasizes color and beautiful materials. The style speaks with much passion to teenagers, who are mostly sneaker fans, through the B-Team College Line: a wardrobe mix that revisits the brand’s classic pieces.

More than just a fashion brand, Bensimon has become an authority on design with an innate sense for aesthetics and a taste for the basics.
